Submitting a quote request does not confirm an appointment. We review the details, may ask follow-up questions, and send a final quote for your approval before scheduling.

Here is what to expect when requesting, approving, and scheduling a cleaning with Clean Spaces Happy Places.
Reservation fee
A $25 reservation fee is used to secure an approved appointment. Payment details are requested only after you accept your final quote and are ready to confirm your appointment.
Changes & cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or cancelling. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, the reservation fee is retained.
Travel
Service is based in Derry, New Hampshire and surrounding communities. A travel fee may apply for locations more than 20 miles from Derry; it will be included in your quote.
Recurring service
Weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules may be available depending on your needs and calendar. Recurring arrangements and any applicable commitment discounts are discussed before confirmation.
Photos & custom requests
Photos are welcome and preferred because they help us understand your space. Custom services and add-ons are reviewed separately and are not included in automatic starting estimates.
